We’re Fundraising (And You Might Want In) // Luccid Software
Dear investor,
For those of you who read our last update—thank you! You’re the proactive one, and yes, I’m talking to you.
Our calendars are starting to look like Tetris.
For those who missed the memo: We are in the fundraising mode!
Starting today, we will be approaching investors we think are an ideal fit for us.
Deadline: Money in the bank by September.
Marko here, CEO and co-founder of Luccid Software. Let’s go!
TL;DR: Why Luccid is a strong investment candidate:
Named Top 50 ConTech startups globally (Cemex Ventures, 2025).
€70K, 2025, contract with our first German client.
Turned down $100K from 500Global Eurasia (strategic reasons).
In the MISK Accelerator Saudi Arabia (Powered by Plug’n’Play).
Finalist: Startup Wiseguys Riyadh (decision pending).
Negotiating pilots with Roca, Cemex, and Schneider Electric.
Raised over €125K in grants (Germany).
Two founders: deep construction roots + real AI experience.
We’re ConTech B2B SaaS, developing a solution for real-world problems in the building material manufacturing industry.
If that’s outside your lane, send us to a friend who might find this interesting.
Storytelling time!
Scratching my own itch

Marko Lazic
I’m Marko. Architect, 13 years of international career.
Every time I needed to spec a product, I had to suffer through some manufacturer’s site that looked like it hadn’t been updated since Windows XP.
I had to search through hundreds of links and pages and read complicated catalogs and technical documentation, just to MAYBE find a tiny piece of information.

Velux Website
2 years ago, I finally said Fuck it, flipped the table (metaphorically), and quit practicing architecture. I’ve decided to do something!
Now we help manufacturers go from “Sorry, can you email that PDF again?” to “Oh, you need a fire-rated window with a U-value under 0.8 in Arabic? Boom—here you go.”
Building material manufacturers are wasting millions!
41% of professionals drop off after page 3 of install guides
63% of contractors bounce in 90 seconds if they don’t find what they need
58% of tech support questions? Already answered in some buried PDF or website sub-page!
But what if there is a better way?
The visitor describes their need
AI brings information in seconds
Turn architects and contractors into customers in less than 30 seconds with Luccid.

AI Assistant attached to the website.
Luccid is an AI assistant that helps manufacturers sell more of their products by guiding their customers to find the perfect product information in seconds.
Luccid is more than just an assistant!

Luccid Analytics Dashboard
Luccid goes beyond helping visitors—our analytics lets manufacturers see what users ask in real-time, helping them create better offers and sell more.
Sales and tech support teams now know what people want before they even call.
Competitors? Cute.
Generic AI agents can be applied everywhere, from McDonald’s to Mercedes.

Competitors are generalists
Most are generalist chatbots duct-taped to an FAQ.
Some are glorified building material catalogs.
None are built for this industry, these products, or these users.
Luccid is a specialist, and we do things others can’t:
We’ve got:
Construction DNA
AI that speaks the language, built for technical products
Tools architects, engineers, and sales and tech support teams actually use
Clients, pilots, and many more in the pipeline
We signed our first paying customer - 70K euros; one-year contract.
Negotiating pilots with Schneider Electric, Roca, Cemex
Multiple leads in the pipeline.
Grants, incubators, and industry exposure
We've received a €100K grant from the city of Berlin (Berliner Startup Stipendium)
25K EUR from AI Campus Founders and D11Z
Getting industry exposure through Plug & Play and MISK (Saudi Arabia)
Just got featured as one of the top 50 construction tech startups in the world by Cemex Ventures
We know how to build this!

Marko: Ex-architect. Knows the pain first-hand.
Igor: Built AI before it was cool. 11+ years in software.
And we’re backed by an impressive team
Our client demoing Luccid at the trade show

This is our client who loved our product so much that he showcased it at the trade show. Thanks to him, we’re now talking with new potential clients.
Go-to-market strategy for the next 12-18 mos

We have a multi-layered approach to the market.
Our first paying customer and pilots came from our industry connections and events.
Second, we use them as multipliers to reach their networks.
Along the way, we explore partnerships and reseller agreements with building material associations and media outlets, and we keep attending trade shows and conferences because that’s where we find our best leads and close deals.
B2B SaaS pricing*

*assumptions for year 2 and beyond
Our prices are designed to scale with manufacturers’ needs. They are based on the value we can provide to our customers, from fully automating processes to increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
~42K manufacturers fit our ICP(EU+US+KSA)

We have identified over 42 thousand manufacturers that fit our ideal customer profile, which is around 4 billion euros (Bottom up TAM calculation).
This year, we plan to have 5 customers, and with our pricing, to reach $10M ARR, we need a little over 100 companies.
The future of manufacturers’ websites

In 12–18 months, a manufacturer’s website will feel like a human. Not a brochure. Not a PDF graveyard.
Soon, every visitor will land on a personalized version of the manufacturer’s website and interact with an AI that knows every product inside-out, responds in seconds, and never sleeps.
Behind the scenes, Luccid will gather deep insights from every interaction, giving the manufacturer actionable data on customer interests, challenges, and market trends.
Our ideal investor should check some of these boxes:
ConTech or PropTech network
ConTech Exit
Investing in AI B2B startups
If any of this made you nod, smile, or say “finally,” let’s talk!
